How do I choose the right pixel pitch?

Use this rule: Minimum viewing distance (m) ≈ pixel pitch (mm) × 1–2.Indoor meetings/weddings: P2.6–P3.9

  • Indoor meetings/weddings: P2.6–P3.9

  • Trade shows/corporate: P2.9–P4.8

  • Concerts/outdoor sports: P3.9–P6.25/8. Closer audiences need smaller pitch.

500×500, 500×1000 or 576×576—what should I pick? Can I build curves?

500×500 (A500) = flexible & small-radius curves; 500×1000 (A1000) = fastest

for large main walls; 576×576 (R576) = cost-efficient, popular in India. AFlex

handles true curves.

All support curved assemblies with arc locks/segmented arcs.

Indoor vs outdoor—what brightness and protection do I need?

Indoor 800–1500 nits; outdoor 5000–8000+ nits with IP65/66 (front).

For cameras, choose ≥3840/7680 Hz and low-glare masks.

Rental cabinets should have corner protection and impact-resistant masks.

Rigging or stacking—how do we mount the wall safely?

We provide rig/stack drawings with safe working loads, load distribution, shackles/beam

specs, and base ballast. Always use redundant steel safety lines and follow local regulations.


How much power will the LED wall draw?

Planning guide: Peak (W) ≈ area (m²) × 600–900 (outdoor high-bright) or × 400–600 (typical).

Average ≈ 30–50% of peak. Use dedicated circuits, proper power distro/PDU, and consider

UPS/voltage regulation.

Will the screen flicker on camera? Is it XR-ready?

XR/VP builds use low-glare masks, genlock/sync-friendly controllers, and camera-tested settings.


Can I mix a standard wall with creative mechanical screens (rotate/lift/flip/wave/sphere)?
